As a director, I have dealt with many conflicts. Nowhere do such different characters and ideas collide as intensely as they do on set or on stage. A great deal of time is often spent mediating between parties and trying to restore a productive atmosphere. The same is true in most companies.
Since 2011, I have been working as an entrepreneur in management. Thanks to my experience in team leadership, I believe there is nothing more important than identifying emerging tensions, frustrations, or disappointments early on and channeling them into constructive dialogue.
With my certification as a mediator, I offer you my expertise. I help you save time and avoid unnecessary stress by mediating within or on behalf of your company.

About me
I studied directing at the Hochschule für Musik Hanns Eisler, Germany. I took on a managerial position as Product Manager in Hamburg and Creative Director in Munich. My work included leading many teams, working in advertising and promoting brands.
In 2013, I completed my Exclusive Diploma Certificate as a mediator at the International Career Institute, London.

In the same year I founded my first production company. Now I am CEO of PantaDuo GmbH and love to work in education projects as marketing specialist and mediator.
